Please read these terms carefully before starting a project with our studio.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing the services of Soundforge Audio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms apply specifically to our portfolio browsing, project inquiries, and the engagement of our game music and sound design services.

If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on this site.

02. Audio Services & Deliverables

Soundforge Audio specializes in bespoke sound effects, voice implementation, and original music composition for video games. The exact scope of work, including asset counts, required formats, middleware implementation details, and delivery milestones, will be explicitly detailed in a separate, written Statement of Work (SOW) prior to project commencement.

All timelines and delivery dates are estimates dependent on the prompt receipt of game builds, concept art, or other necessary materials from the client. Revisions are subject to the terms defined in individual project contracts.

03. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Unless explicitly negotiated as a complete buyout, Soundforge Audio retains the underlying copyright to all original music and sound recordings created during the project. Upon receipt of full payment, clients are granted an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to synchronize the audio assets within the specific game titles designated in the agreement.

We reserve the right to utilize any created audio assets, alongside relevant gameplay footage, strictly for promotional purposes within our studio portfolio, website, and professional showreels, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) strictly prohibits such use.

04. Limitation of Liability

Soundforge Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use our audio assets in your software products.
